Can I replace my Milanese loop band when I purchased item in an year?

I bought the used apple watch series 7 stainless with the Milanese loop from the seller. And I checked he purchased the item last year (less than 1 year ago). It still has a limited warranty with apple care+ until 2023. Milanese loop band seems got damaged so that I would like to know whether I can replace to a new one or refurbished item under the warranty. If I have to spend a little money on it, I would like to know the cost of the replacement. Thank you.
