Apple maps missing color background of objects

Hi, I'm writing about probably stupid things for you, but important things for me.

I come from the city of Zilina in Slovakia. If you look at the TomTom maps, all important objects in the city have a background (shopping stores - orange background, universities - brown background, parks - green background, hospital - red background, etc.). And, also missing city districts.

If you look at Apple Maps, there is almost nothing in color background. For the past year, every month I have been reporting problems for a specific object, within a week I get an answer that the problem has been fixed, and still nothing.

Can you help me in any way, how specifically should I let Apple know to solve the problem?
