Update Payment Details for iCloud+ subscription payment

how do I update the payment details?

I click "Update Payment", try to update any field, click done.. error message "We've run into a problem. Please try again later". Tried multiple time again, but problem cant be resolved.

iPhone 14 Pro, iOS 16
