Your purchase could not be completed?

Well, ive tried my best to do every trick youtube has told me to do, nothing has worked.

For example: signing in and out of iCloud account.

Restarting Apps/Phone

Making sure i have the right billing info

etc.

reaching out to other people who might know how to solve this problem..

im also using a gift card not a credit card. Someone please help? Need suggestions. Thanks.

If you get a message -> Your purchase could not be completed, you need to update your payment method or add a new one. 

You have funds on your Apple ID balance. 


When redeeming a gift card, the amount will be credited to your (1) Apple ID balance and (2) you need to set your Apple ID balance as your default payment.

If you update your payment method or add funds to your Apple ID balance, It would take about 1 to 3 business days in order to process.


If you're still unable to update your payment method, Contact Apple Support.
