Sleep cycle trial

I subscribed to sleep cycle and found it really good. I signed my friend up yesterday and then cancelled so that we don’t get pulled in and forget to cancel if we don’t like the trial. Problem is that although it says it will expire in a weeks time, we can’t hear the sounds that we’re made in the night. It just asks her to pay.

Can someone help please.
