Allow notification not coming up

When trying to login to Apple ID , after entering my phone number after entering “characters in image” the notification will not pop to press allow because I have two numbers on my device and the one connected to that account is no longer on iMessage

iPhone 13, iOS 15

We'll want to follow the steps below to get the verification completed:

Get a verification code and sign in with two-factor authentication - Apple Support

Try resetting your Apple ID password using the device itself using these steps:

Go to Settings.
Tap your name > Password & Security > Change Password.
Follow the onscreen instructions to reset your password.
