I was wondering if I would be able to order an Iphone 14 Pro Max with the sim tray option from an apple store in the United States? The reason for this, is that the country that I visit frequent doesn't support the option of eSim. Please advise accordingly.

No iPhone 14 originally sold in the USA will have a physical SIM card slot. Apple designs its products to last and needs to be ahead of the curve; in a few years, very few people in the USA will be using physical SIM cards.
Either get a roaming plan from an USA carrier or buy the iPhone in the country you'll be visiting.
