Powerbeats Pro stay connected when case is closed and drains the battery.

My beats stay connected even when case is closed and it drains the battery on ear buds. I’ve tried reset but but when I hold the button In nothing happens. It turns white then goes off. It never starts blinking red. Any suggestions?

Greetings, talina272.

Since your Beats stay connected after they are in their case, you should reset them to see if that resolves the issue. Resetting can often help resolve unexpected issues. Learn how to rest them here:

“Reset Powerbeats Pro

  1. Place both earbuds in the case. Leave the case open.
  2. Press and hold the system button on the case for 15 seconds or until the LED indicator light flashes red and white.
  3. Release the system button.

The LED indicator light will continue to flash white, which means that you can pair your Powerbeats Pro with your iPhone, Mac, Android device, or other device again.” Reset your Beats earphones

Also, ensure that device that they are paired with is updated to ensure that the companion device is not the issue.

Should the issue continue, Contact Apple Support for additional guidance.

Best wishes.
