Windows server share issues with MacOS monterey

Hi,

We have mac and windows clients that accesses files on the storage served by windows server 2012 R2. on our network. After upgrading OSs to monterey, we have started to see issues with the windows shares on file server like creating directory or renaming. This processes takes long time than usual and mac becomes unresponsive during that. We have also the Macs with big sur or High Sierra, they do not have such an issue. Seems monterey has problem with our file server.

Do you have any idea what may cause this problem ?
