I wanna know if i cancell my icloud plus storage plan and ofcourse it exceeds the limit of 5gb free backup , So will my extra data which is more than that be deleted ? Or i just won’t be able to add new backups , I just wanna know will it affect my old backed up images and all

Yes. Anything that exceeds 5GB will be deleted. Download and backup locally anything you want to keep.

Yes, it will affect any data beyond 5GB. However there is no way to know what that data will be specifically.
