I can't access my recovery key to sing into my email account and Apple ID

I don't know my recovery key info ,I can't get in my icloud I didn't put a recovery key and it's keep asking me a recovery key that I don't have and I can't log in to mail ,my apps nothing without this recovery key, . If yall can help me to get into my mail and apps and bypass this recovery key . I will really appreciate yall help please. Thank you

If you don't have the Recovery Key, you won't be able to access your account.

You can try generating a new Recovery Key.
