I don’t hear the siren sound. Why?

Use Siren on Apple Watch Ultra to signal for help - Apple Support -- Are you using the steps in this article to turn the Siren on? Could you have accidentally cancelled it (you can find this information under "Turn off Siren”)?

If you’re turning it on correctly, and not canceling the sound, see if restarting your paired iPhone and Apple Watch resolves the issue. Please start with your iPhone first:
