Hello,
I have an old iPad mini series 2 that I am trying to update to 9.3.6. It is just giving me the spinning circle and doesn't do anything. I am trying to update it to upload apps for my child but they are not compatible with the iPad. Is there a different way to update it or is it too old that the apps won't work anyway?

9.3.6 is only for cellular devices, so your device is maxed out at 9.3.5 unless it’s cellular
honestly, chances are most of the apps you’re wanting wont’ run on it anyway. You’d need to look into the compatibility of each app but I’m willing to bet that most if not all want 10-12+
