I've been in the apple community for a long time. I ended up with two accounts one purchasing and one for everything else (the purchasing one was for the original iTunes store). When I signed up for an Apple One account a while back I had to use the old iTunes account for the subscription. Everything works fine on iOS and ipados, but I can not get it to work on my mac. Both accounts do not work. What am I doing wrong?

1. Make sure system status doesn’t show issues.
2. Ensure you are actually connected to Wi-Fi.
3. Make sure your OS is updated.
4. Make sure your date and time is right.

I’m not sure you read my issue. I have no problem accessing anything on my Mac except for anything Apple One related.. Due to the way was originally set up, I used a different email address for iTunes to purchase music. It ended up that this 2nd account would be used to purchase anything from apple: music, software, subscriptions, etc… the other account is used for anything that doesn’t require funds.
Everything has worked fine until I signed up for Apple One. Everything still works fine on my phone, iPad, Apple TV, and watch. What isn’t working is on my Mac. Neither account works. I first noticed on Music but it appears to not be working on iCloud either. This all used to work before Apple One.
I’ve logged out and back in, rebooted, power cycled, etc…
