I have a problem in my phone it appear an alert "Home" would like to send you critical alerts "
how I can solving this.
in addition it's not responding to anything so I can't power off my phone

i had this situation happen on my iphone 12 pro last night. totally froze everything up. i tried to restart with pressing the volume up and volume down and then the side button to get the apple logo but no success. what can i try now??
I had the same thing happen to my phone. I had to keep trying the button combo until it finally worked.
There is an option came on my screen Home would like to send you critical alerts, my screen isn't working and everything is stuck. I can't even slide to power off my phone
My phone is stuck on home critical alerts and i cant get back into my iPhone and i never hit the home app and ive hit dont aloow several times and i want to know how to fix it!
I had the same problem just now and I fixed it so hit your volume button up then down then hit your power button and hold it untill it resets

But I can’t move my background so I can’t force restart
I tried the up and down volume button with the home button several times but is not working
The critical alert message is on my home screen and it would not let me do anything with the phone. How do I get that screen message off of my phone?
