how can I unlock my new Apple Watch I bought it off eBay and the seller didn’t tell me it was activation locked I found the email to it and figured
out the password but I guess the users apple account is locked I tried emailing them but I guess they might not use that email anymore. I need help can apple pls unlock it for me. I spent all my money on this watch please I have recipes of the person that sold me the watch on eBay
Apple cannot help with a used device. You will need to get in touch with the seller and ask them to remove the device from their account. If you cannot do that, then contact eBay and file a complaint for a refund. You will not be able to activate it while Activation Lock is on it.

The person that you bought/got this watch from needs to follow all the steps on this page;
Remove the Activation Lock so that the buyer can use it.
If they can't or won't then get your money back or recycle the watch and mark it down as a bad experience.
