If you're missing Dictation on your keyboard, let's confirm that it's enabled in Settings. In addition, we'd recommend confirming if the feature is available in your country or region as this can vary. Turn on Dictation
1. Go to Settings> General > Keyboard.
2. Turn on Enable Dictation.
If you see that this is enabled, open Notes, Messages, or Safari and check if the microphone appears. Let us know if this is missing in some or all apps. Include any additional details that you think would help us understand this better, and confirm if you have used Dictation before or not.
