Unable to verify watchos

I am trying to update my watch from 2 weeks . I try every troubleshoot available. I also reset my watch now my watch is updating. I try over different internet connections. Still it shows unable to verify . I reset my phone also . Nothing works. My watch got stuck in a screen that i am attaching.

Apple Watch Series 4 stuck on verifying I am trying to update my Apple Watch Series 4. The update downloads and when it gets to verifying, it times out and I have to start the entire process again. My watch is useless to me now, as I cannot get into it at all. It pairs fine and immediately says there is an update available. I download the update and it gets to the verifying process and times out. There is NO continue for this process. The only options that are available are to start the entire process again or unpair and reset your watch. I have already turned both of these off and back on, reset the watch, reset the wifi, i cannot get into the watch at all to do or use anything. I cannot do ANYTHING on the phone because it forces me to update or exit. I cannot update. Any help would greatly be appreciated. My wifi NEVER cuts out or is intermittent. I have NEVER had any problem with an Apple product until now.

My Apple Watch is unable to verify update Using watch 4. The watch is basically unpaired, will not accept any software update. Message says “Unable to Verify Update. The watch OS update couldn’t be verified because you are not connected to the internet”. The watch is trying to pair with the phone both automatically and manually. The sticking point is at “verifying”. Tries to verify for 20 seconds, then the error statement. Have spoken to Apple. Thinking it needs to get sent back but, not thrilled with a probable software issue and potential big charge. This all started last summer with a software update. Have restarted the phone and watch, deleted the watch app and redownloaded, etc. Any suggestions? [Re-Titled by Moderator]

Unable to verify update apple watch after reset Trying to pair Apple Watch Series 3 to new iPhone XR and getting this error: Unable to Verify Update The watchOS update couldn't be verified because you are not connected to the internet. My phone IS connected via WIFI I have unpaired and reset the watch to factory settings I have tried restarting both watch and phone I tried removing the watch app and reloading it What else can I do? All of the help I'm finding says to go into the watch settings but I can't get there since it's reset. Can I bypass the update? THANKS FOR YOUR HELP!

Same problem here-

Series 5 watch and iPhone XS max running iOS 16 and I get “can’t verify software update.” I’ve tried it dozens of times in different WiFi conditions for 5 days. The watch is now an expensive paperweight.
