Update not working

Does anyone know why or how to help me because I got a new phone and I had to update it so I pressed update and now it says install now with a loading sign and I can’t press anywhere else only turn off and on

You need about 6 GB device storage and good Service & Wi-Fi.

If they are On, turn Off Hotspot & VPN.

Charge the battery > 70%.
