I can still receive Facetime call when Do Not Disturb is on.
IOS 16.0.2. Do Not Disturb (or Sleep or anything else) is on. I can receive Facetime call from others, while "app allowed" for notification is empty.

You got the correct answer. Thank you! Allowing repeat call setting was off for Do Not Disturb actually. But it automatically switched to Sleep mode when my sleep time had come. I don't know how to fix it.

There is a setting that allows a second call within three minutes to ring through. Could this be a setting you need to change?
I did some experiments. I found that the reason could be Sleep mode. Sleep mode is automatically on at night in my iPhone. Facetime will ring even if the notification is set to be not allowed. It must be a bug.
Hello ourz88,
Welcome to Apple Support Communities. To get started, please make sure that no one is set to bypass during Focus. Let's make sure it's not a time sensitive notification, and if it is, please turn that feature off, and nothing is filtered as explained in the following links:
Set up a Focus on iPhone - Apple Support

We hope this information is useful. Kind regards.
Thank you for the reply ourz88!
