Apple Card Misuse

I was told that a purchase had been made on an Apple Card account. I never opened an Apple Card Account. I have pursued this and have received the information needed. However, since then, I was notified by email that a game had been purchased on my account. I did not open this account and have spoken with Goldman Sachs Bank. They are treating this like identity theft. I do NOT want this account and refuse to be responsible for any purchases made on the account.
