How do you disable the Apple Watch from tracking a “workout” when you ride an Electric Scooter?

But why should I do it ? I should get option to reject wrong activity that gets auto updated as workout. if you can’t fix this issue in 3 years. At least give me an option to reject it. I didn’t buy Apple Watch to remove it during my driving or to turn of recording every time I do it. Shit support from Apple.
