on games like solitaire tourist, do u really recieve the paypal card with that amount of money

I believe it’s a scam I’m already to 3000 nothing has paid out the $100 my email was changed from what I put in and the $1000 they did the same then it’s 3 weeks before you get close again so if you are looking for money they don’t pay here they say you PayPal account is invalid please re enter

Apple doesn't allow these kinds of scams. Apple does regularly remove apps that violate App Store and developer policies.

But there are millions of apps on the store. It is far beyond Apple's ability to police the whole thing. There should be a link in your App Store receipt to "report a problem". One of the options is to report a scam app.

But you have to use that specific link. Complaining here doesn't help. This is just a user-to-user support forum. And there are probably thousands of solitaire apps on the store. There is no way to tell which specific app you are talking about.

Yes, I know. What I meant was no app author is going to pay you out of their own pocket. There has to be income from the game in order to make the payouts. Otherwise, the author is either really rich and doesn't mind paying winners from their own bank account, or they aren't very smart.

Well, if you have a gambling app, that is exactly what would happen. Casinos are quite lucrative. They do pay out plenty of money. It's just that they take in lots more than they pay out.

But, like any real money gaming system, you can't win if you don't play. A well-designed gaming system will keep you playing, hoping for that $1000 PayPal card, until you are bankrupt.

Just to add. Solitaire Tourist is no longer available on the U.S. App Store. It's been (obviously) replaced by the same vendor with Solitaire Tour. How do I know it's the same vendor? Because the negative reviews state the exact same complaints. Such as, payments (that never happen) are delayed because of COVID.

Contact the police and/or hire an attorney. The first thing they are going to want to see is some identification of who defrauded you. Telling them it was the "solitaire tourist" app is going to end the conversation real quick. You have to prove these things.

You have to identify who developed your specific app. Hopefully the app itself has some contact information. Your Apple App Store receipt will have the name of the developer. Start from there.

Do not assume that any other, similar sounding solitaire app has anything to do with the one you are trying (and failing) to bring to justice. It means nothing if some other scam app has similar reviews. There are lots of scams out there. I don't mean dozens, I mean hundreds of thousands of scams. This is a massive, global scam industry that earns well into the billions of dollars.

You aren't going to take them down with something someone said once on an internet discussion forum. Let's be real, you aren't going to take them down at all. If you have given them any money or any time, that money and time is gone and you will never see it again. If you want, you can choose to give more time to police filing useless police reports, assuming they even accept them. You can also give even more money to attorneys. You think you've been scammed out of "$100, $500, 1,000 and 2,000"? That's hilarious. Contact an attorney and you'll really learn what it means to be scammed out of thousands of dollars. Those amounts are what attorneys charge by the hour.

If you enjoy the game, then by all means keep playing. Just don't expect to ever see any real money.

I m one of the victim of solitaire tourist. Does anyone have their email or phone number?. These fraud needed to be stop.

Ask the vendor of the solitaire tourist app. It is not an Apple issue. If something sounds too good to be true… caveat emptor.

Still waiting for payouts, sent email and not getting any answers.
