Ghost touch

Hi I don’t know if this is ghost touch or what but right now I’m using my old iPhone 6 since my iPhone 11 is acting up. So basically my iPhone 11 that I got in August 2021 it’s now October 2022 is glitching a lot and pressing random buttons and opening and closing apps by itself. I tried many things like taking off the screen protector, the phone case, Turing and completely powering off my phone, hard resetting it multiple times, going into settings then general then resetting all settings, cleaning the screen and my phone is still acting up and doing the same things. This happens at least 1 once a day but it happens a ton of times a day. It’s really frustrating. Every time it happens i hard reset my iPhone but if it works, it only stops glitching for a few seconds or minutes and then continues doing the glitch. My phone is completely up to date with the updates and I don’t know what can possibly be what is causing the problem. Sometimes the glitch stops for a few hours but it almost always comes back. Any ideas on what can be causing the issue or what I can do to fix it for free or if it comes down to it cost for fixing it? Thank you. 😁😁
