Import shazams from non-apple account

I have a shazam account registered by email. I can log in through the site to it.

Now I got new Iphone (13) and want to import my library there.

And I see no way here. I looked through discussions ant found next:

1) same question Import of Android Google Shazam library t… - Apple Community

There is advice to write at product feedback page. But at this page (Product Feedback - Apple) there is no Shazam app icon

2) Here Syncing Shazam data from Android to iOS - Apple Community

is said about "import shazams" button - but i don't have it (look at screenshots)

3) Here how to import to a new account the csv ex… - Apple Community is advice how to import CSV file but the link is broken.

So the question is - how to import my shazams from previous account?

And it seems logic that you allowed to log in to shazam by one account - not to create new (otherwise in future one may need to migrate back).

M1kaell0,

Do you still have access to your old iPhone? If so, you could use the option for iCloud sync to move the songs to your new iPhone 13. The screenshot you provided earlier shows the option under Settings.

For additional information about adjusting your settings for Shazam, please take a look here:

  1. "In the Shazam app  on iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, tap My Music at the bottom of the screen.
  2. Tap , then adjust any of the following:
    • Sync Shazams to Apple Music: Creates a “My Shazam Tracks” playlist in Apple Music. Existing and newly identified songs are automatically added to the playlist.
  • Spotify Connect: Lets you open your identified songs in Spotify.
    • Note: To use Spotify with Shazam, the Spotify app must be installed on your Apple device and you must be a Spotify subscriber.
    • Sync Shazams to Spotify: Available when connected to Spotify, creates a “My Shazam Tracks” playlist in Spotify and automatically adds newly identified songs to the playlist.
    • iCloud Sync: Backs up your Shazams to iCloud so you can access your songs on your other Apple devices (when you sign in with the same Apple ID).
    • Notifications: Allows notifications from Shazam. You can control notifications in iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch Settings  > Notifications.
    • Location: Allows Shazam to use your location. You can control location sharing in iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch Settings  > Privacy > Location Services.
    • Shazam on app start: Lets Shazam start listening as soon as you open the app.
    • Haptic Feedback: Allows a tap or vibration (on supported devices) when Shazam identifies (or can’t identify) a song.
  • Video Preview: Automatically plays a video preview (if available) in the track screen.
    • You can also rate the app, spread some Shazam love on social media, and access help in Settings."

This is from the Shazam user guide: Modify Shazam app settings on iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

Take care.
