Why won’t it allow me to Clear history and Website data?
It’s only gray when I try to do it. But, then I press it then it don’t do nothing. So, I’m confused.

Might Screen Time or Parental Controls be enabled, or any similar apps installed?
If so, turn that stuff off, remove the apps, and try again.
