I have a 2022 Chevy Suburban. I bought it in Dec 2021. Every time a call come through on call waiting it knocks out the audio on the original call. The caller can still hear me but I can’t hear them. It is terribly frustrating and unsafe. When I’m driving and I scramble to actually grab my phone and switch the audio so that I can continue my call. I read previous posts about this being a CarPlay issue. Can anyone tell me if they found a solution? My phone is an iPhone 13 pro and it up to date with the latest IOS. The firmware for my infotainment system is also up to date.

iPhone 13 Pro, iOS 16

Hello Michellerich,

Thank you for reaching out in Apple Support Communities. You've done an excellent job with the troubleshooting steps that were performed. To help troubleshoot this further, let's follow these steps as it may help:

  1. Temporarily disable Wi-Fi calling in Settings > Phone.
  2. Reset Network Settings in Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
  3. Forget your vehicle in Settings > General > CarPlay as well as the iPhone in your vehicle's stereo settings > then re-pair your iPhone to the vehicle for CarPlay.

If that doesn't help, you'll wan to contact Apple Support to review this further. You can contact them through this link here: Apple Support

Best regards.
