How to disconnect AirTags from an apple ID?

Need to disconnect airtag from an apple ID. No longer have access to that apple ID account

REMOVING AIRTAGS FROM A PREVIOUS APPLE ID I have had multiple wifi and bluetooth issues on my iphone. I had to send my phone back and received a replacement device. On my new device I created a new Apple ID. How do you remove airtags from a previous Apple Id when you do not have access to that device? The airtags in question also do not show up as devices on my account when signed into my old apple id.

i bought an AirTag from someone they never removed their AirTag from their Apple ID. i have no contact with them anymore. what can I do?

You’ll NEED to have a device connected to THAT AppleID in order to use FindMy to remove the device from the AppleID.
