why am i not reciving tiktok

I am trying to get a notification to update my TikTok password but I’m not getting my email notifications from TikTok to my apple mail.

iPhone 12 Pro Max, iOS 15

Thanks for your post to Apple Support Communities. you mention not receiving emails from a specific sender in Mail. Is this for your iCloud email account?


If so, we have a few tips to help. First, we'd suggest you check the Junk mail folder.


  1. Open Mail on your iPhone
  2. Navigate to where you see all your Mailboxes
  3. Under your iCloud mail section, tap Junk
  4. Open the message in the Junk folder, tap the Move to Folder button at the bottom of your screen
  5. Tap Inbox to move the message


You can also manage junk mail at our iCloud website. Use the steps from this article: Manage junk mail in Mail on iCloud.com - Apple Support


If you have a third-party mail provider account that you are trying to receive this email at, you'll need to check the Junk mail folder for that account. If you still aren't able to find or receive emails from specific senders, we'd encourage you to reach out to that mail provider for further help.
