Troubleshooting iOS16 Update and iCloud+ Plan:
A. Contact Apple Support:
You should Contact Apple Support, just to verify that all is fine with your account. Ask them is this is a bug, and report back what they say.
Apple Phone Support Info:
- Contact Us - Choose Locations
- Proceed from there as Necessary
- Why the Wait: Phone calls are taking a bit to go through at the moment, due do lots of calls. With the Coronavirus Pandemic, many are at home at the moment, with much time on their hands to contact Apple. So, just stay on the line, and you will get through :)
B. Give Apple Feedback:
Do your Part: Provide Apple with feedback on this, letting them know about this issue. Apple may not get back to you directly, but the more feedback they receive on this, the more they will know what is occurring, and what bug fixes to include in updates to come.
- Go Here: Feedback - iPhone - Apple
- Select: "Bug Report" for the "Feedback Type"
- Comment: that this all began after installing an update, and how you have troubleshot this thus dare.. Include the URL of this thread.
- Proceed from there as necessary
