anybody has this issue? I noticed that I can not receive calls or start calls from any device other than I phone. I checked everything and all setting and all they are on. any thoughts

Not only must the settings be enabled, but the slave device must be within Bluetooth range of the iPhone for the feature to work because neither the macbook nor iPad have a cellular voice radio and must use the one inside the iPhone.
