iPhone 11; no reaction until plugged in, then infinite apple boot

iPhone 11, no issues until today, all of a sudden after not being on my phone for a few minutes next time I pick it up and my phone is unresponsive assuming its dead I plug it in and it shows the apple logo right away then it faints await and the phone practically is dead with the apple logo randomly appearing then disappearing again every few minutes.

CANNOT access the phone in anyway stuck on boot screen will only remain in recovery. mode for like a few minutes.

Tried to restore it update, , Mac attempts but the phone seems to just exit recovery mode and go back to its infinite boot loop.

Tried to restore it via other softwares, etc, nothing worked.
