Location disabled
It keep saying my location is disabled and won’t allow me to share

You might have restrictions enabled in your screentime.
Check: Settings>ScreenTime>Contant&Privacy Restrictions>Location.... must be set to "Allow".
or
your device might be remotely controlled by a company/school/institute that doesn't let you modify your location settings.
