Store Personal Identity Card

I am curious it there is a way to store a copy of ones personal identity card, health insurance card and other important cards somewhere on the iphone. A pix of front and back would be enough.

Since I am taking care of my Dad i frequently need the info on his cards but often my Mom or sister have his cards. Until now I took a picture of the cards and saved it in photos but then i cant find them after a few days. So looking for a better way to keep the info in a central location on my phone.

In Photos, you would add the pictures to an Album, so they can be found more easily than going through hundreds of pictures in the camera roll / recents.

You could add the pictures to the Notes App, or scan them in to the Notes app as PDFs.

You could add them to the Files App in a specific folder.

How you organize photos and files in an iPhone is entirely up to you.
