How to disable Activation Lock if the device does not appear in my Devices List
Hello everyone,
I have a MacBook that I was using during the last two years. I took it to Apple repair, and while they were doing repairs, they told me that Activation Lock is activated, and they cannot proceed until I disable it.
However, Activation Lock was disabled, the technician actually checked that with me when I handed them my Macbook.
So, when they called, they asked me to go to iCloud.com/find to disable Activation Lock, but the Macbook does not appear in the list of my devices (it only appears in settings).
Is there something I am missing here?
Thanks,
MacBook Pro 15″, macOS 12.6
