I recently bought a MagSafe wallet and it was working perfectly fine. Then a friend tried it on his phone and it removed it off my Apple ID entirely and let him set it up. He removed it from his Apple ID but now it says Not Your Wallet no matter what phone I attach it to.

Have your friend verify that it was successfully removed from his Apple ID:
1) Have him check the Find My app
2) Have him go to iCloud.com > devices and verify that it is not there.
