Face app cancelation problem

Hello, I downloaded face app messed with it for a few days and made sure to cancel my free trial. Today it charged me $42.70 I went to settings clicked on subscriptions and tried to cancel it but the cancel button isn’t there. I requested a refund from reportaproblem.apple.com and would like to cancel my subscription from them. How can I do it if it doesn’t show up in my settings?
