The iphone 11 is discontinued. Apple no longer sells it.

Apple does offer a trade-in program (at least in the US and certain other countries...).

There are sellers of the iPhone 11 on the open market, but I would be careful:

1. that they have 100% great reviews in the thousands. This may actually be beefed up.
2. they offer a return policy whereby they pay for returns.
3. your purchasing method offers fraud protection.
4. you insure your purchase
5. Never meet someone outside of a public place to buy equipment.
6. Compare prices of sold and not auctioned new grade A phones that are unlocked if not looking for a specific carrier, or locked on the carrier if you are and make sure it is within line of what already is on the market. If the price is too good to be true, it probably is.

http://www.macsales.com/ and http://www.dvwarehouse.com/ are great places to buy refurbished Apple products that I have found to be quite reliable, but they may not have the 11 per se available.
