Problem with Viewing on Facebook

Why am I not able to view recorded videos in landscape in Facebook? I am trying to view recorded videos on Facebook and not able to view in landscape. When I tap the arrow icon, it doesn't do anything. I just updated to IOS16. This has never happened before. What is the fix?
