You Can't. At least without looking in a location you may have stored it in. So, make it easy and rather than recovering it, reset it. Go here: If you Forgot your Apple ID Password - Apple Support
Important: Keep a handwritten-hardcopy of it stored in a private location that only you are knowledgable, and only you have access to.
