If my iCloud storage is not enough to store my WhatsApp conversations date, can I buy iCloud +(50GB) to transfer my WhatsApp conversation date to my new iPhone?
However, if I will not subscribe iCloud + nest mouth, the conversation date will disappear on my new iPhone or not?

After you subscribe for the iCloud+ with 50GB storage you may store data up to 50GB which may include Whatsapp Chat History.
After you transfer the Whatsapp backup to your new iPhone you may discontinue iCloud+ from the next month onwards. However, please note that keep all your Whatsapp chat history on your device because once you downgrade the storage to the default 5GB you may not be able to access the backup data.
Open Whatsapp > Settings > Chat Backup > Auto Backup > Off (https://faq.whatsapp.com/3095755113995453/?helpref=uf_share)
