Apple courier shipping lost package

Hi!

I ordered the new iphone yesterday night, and I paid an additional $9 to get it by today. 

I got a notification today around at 11 am that it was delivered but I did not receive anything....

I did not know the Uber driver is going to take care of my order, and that package needed my signature upon arrival, but I have no idea where did it go or who actually signed it on that.

I've contacted with a specialist, and he said I'll

get a refund after investigation since I did not receive the item. But I am afraid there would be any possibility that I can not get a refund....

Is there anyone who had the same problem with me? Please let me know!
