My new Mac will not switch on I only have two pin socket without earth, do I need a earth wire

My new Mac will not switch on ,I only have a two pin plugs ,or must have a earth wire

iMac (24-inch, M1, 2021, 2 ports)

I do not have three pin plugs only two pin no earth wire, is this why my new iMac won’t turn on ?
