ECG use

viewed as a medical device which mean it require official approval from the

government of a country before it's legal for apple to offer

these are

ECG

implies that citizens' medical data be stored by a foreign third-party company

without individual approval by the government of said country, and that is not

something all countries feel comfortable with.

your best bet is to contact your local health authorities, when they approve it, it will likely be included in the next watchOS version

Your country's government has to approve the ECG app because with that app the watch is classed as a medical device.

Ask your country's government health department why they haven't approved it.

If your country don't approve the app then that's the end of the story.

Apple have done something they're waiting for your governments approval.
