iOS/iPadOS fundamentally does not support connection of any optical media drives - including the Apple SuperDrive. As such, direct access to optical media (CD, DVD, BD) is not possible.

You’ll need to access this optical media using another computer, such as PC or Mac.

No iPad is a full laptop computer.

iPads lack many hardware/software features of full laptop/desktop computers.

iPads have never been able to use any type of external optical drive as iPads and iOS/iPadOS has no optical drive device software drivers,,nor optical drive software to use such drive.

You will need to access the CD content from a Mac or Windows PC that are still compatible with external optical drives that maybe still available to read and transfer such data from disc.

Good Luck!
