Voice text not working since iPhone software update

If the above options do not mitigate the issues then Contact your carrier and then Contact Apple Support

I just figured it out. The US language keyboard is not working.

Delete the English (US) keyboard

Install the English (Canada) Keyboard

Now diction should work!

You can also do this for siri. Under Siri and Search.

Select Language and choose English (Canada)

You will have to set up your Siri voice commands again, but it just takes a moment.

That seems to be working, need to delete English keyboard. Latest update seems to be culprit for me at least. Thank you!
