Hi bluespringweather,

If you are using the Safari browser, check out these resources:

  1. Follow the steps in If Safari on Mac doesn't open a webpage or isn’t working as expected
  2. See if Private Relay is doing this by following "If a website or network doesn't work with Private Relay" in About iCloud Private Relay.

Take care.

I went through the instructions. The only way I could access the sites getting a server error message was when I hot spotted from my phone. So I'm assuming its something to do with the network settings but the instructions are not clear on what exactly is going wrong and what I need to do to change this. I went onto the proxies pane and there is no lock at the bottom left. there are no protocols ticked. on bypass pro settings there is something saying local with numbers, and below this passive FTp is ticked. I don't know what any of this means. On the DNS tab there are 3 lines of numbers on the left and there is no info in the search domain on the right. Again this means nothing to me.

So what do I need to do
