I thought Apple was Un-hackable?

I have so many services and users running on my MacMini and I need help. I don't know what these losers wants or why they do what they do? It's been going on for a few years and I've had enough. My iPhone keeps showing hidden "Chinese & Japanese"Keyboards. I do not use either of those languages.

Is it possible my iCloud account itself has been compromised?

Mac mini, macOS 12.6

Nothing is unhackable. That being said, it's unclear why you think these logs mean your Apple ID has been compromised. Those logs are not designed to be read by the end user and there's not going to be much that there that you'll be able to understand without specialized training.

Yes, there are lots and lots of processes that run under MacOS. Without specialize training, it's very confusing.

iOS has Chinese and Japanese capabilities built in to the software.

But, again, you've given no indications that that has happened.
