iPad and Facebook

How do I respond to a comment about something I’ve posted on Facebook? I hit reply under the comment, type my response, but seems to be no way to post it.

I see this is happening on the iPad. Also in this forum. My only solution is to copy leave the section go back to it and paste it in and then the send bar reappears the little blue arrow is what I’m referring to that actually makes your comment post.
