The phone does not switch on, it shows the apple icon all the time. I can't get it into emergency mode either. This is probably due to the memory being full. How can I reset the phone without emergency mode and a working phone. I do not own a mac, I only have a second iphone and pc windows.

Best solution would be to use any computer get USB iPhone charger and plug it into your computer and hold down the power button until it says connect to icloud. On your PC you can log into your icloud and restart your phone and save somethings you would want to keep , or you can factory reset it.
